Joy Morabu is the Finance and Operations Manager for Millennium Promise (MP) in Kenya. Her responsibilities include building partnerships with corporate and government bodies to support the implementation of MVP interventions. She also ensures smooth coordination of project operations and participates in the development of operating budgets and work plans.

Previously, Joy worked as a Knowledge Management Officer at IntraHealth International Inc., a non- profit organization focusing on increasing the quality of health care services, people and institutional capacity building and strengthening linkages, systems and processes that support health care providers at the community level. She was in charge of networking and communication, and participated in program design, planning and implementation of programmatic activities including an advocacy project dealing with violence against women. Having worked in various capacities, Joy has over 15 years managerial experience in the corporate and private sectors. She has a M.A. in Leadership Studies (Organizational Development) and B.Sc. in International Business Administration (Management).
